Tip #1 - Have a Strategy

This one is crucial. DO NOT just go with the flow. Don't depend on creativity and inspiration because you won't always have those. Define the main goals of your content, choose which social media platforms align with those goals.

Bonus tip: Know your target audience. This makes the entire process so much easier and straightforward.

Tip #2 - The Power of Planning

Admin does not come naturally to me. I have never enjoyed it and I have always struggled with procrastination. That's just me being real.

HOWEVER, I have learned self-discipline and self-mastery. I had to. For the sake of my business.

Tip #3 - Listen Don't Shout

It's called Social Listening: Track and Analyze conversations and trends related to your brand's industry. Engage with your audiences. Build relationships , its called Social Media for a reason.

Tip #4 - Tell your Story

I cannot stress this enough. Tell a story. Tell your story. What is your why. Who are you in busines for ? What led you to start this business?


ALWAYS make your ideal customer the hero of your story.

Always. Clients might care about your business but what matters more to them is how your business can benefit them.

Your story is important but make sure that your ideal customer is the focal point of your story.

Your Social Media Marketing Strategy is the backbone of all your marketing.

Your clients are online. Find them and when you do, keep them engaged . Speak their language and keep up with their interests and desires. build solid relationships online and dont neglect the planning phase of your strategy and revisit it , often.
